Major Cooperative Education

Degree Doctor of Philosophy Program in Cooperative Education

Applicant Qualifications

Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:

1. Have completed, or be expected to complete, a master’s degree or its equivalent from an
accredited higher education institution recognized by the University, in any field of study; or

2. Have completed a bachelor’s degree with honors or its equivalent from a recognized institution; or

3. Be expected to complete a bachelor’s degree or its equivalent in the same field as the doctoral
program applied for, with a cumulative GPA (up to the semester preceding the final semester) that
meets the honors criteria of the current institution.

(2023))

Documents / Information Required for Selection Consideration

1. Official academic transcript at the bachelor’s degree level

2. Thesis proposal

3. Two letters of recommendation from instructors or supervisors

Selection Process

Applicants will be selected by the Graduate Student Selection Committee based on the following criteria:

- Academic qualifications and supporting educational documents

- Letters of recommendation

- Results of a written examination (if applicable)

- Results of an interview

- Results of an English language proficiency test in accordance with the Announcement of
Suranaree University of Technology on the English Proficiency Standard Requirements for
Graduate Students, B.E. 2565 (2022)

(Class schedule: primarily on Saturdays and Sundays)
