Reporting for online registration as a new bachelor’s degree student at Suranaree University of Technology Academic year 2024 Round 2 : Quota

If the reporting period for student registration ends, the student still needs to upload the academic transcript file with the graduation date.

Reporting yourself as a new student will be considered incomplete. And if it later appears that the selected person lacks any of the qualifications or if it is found that the information or documents used in the application are false. Will be deprived of the right to study at Suranaree University of Technology. And student status will be immediately revoked. The university will not refund any fees under any circumstances.

For those who pass the selection and have paid the fee to confirm the right to study only.

Register new students online.
(Between 14 – 19 May 2024)

Please follow the steps in complete order.

1. Log in to the registration system.

At the website http://reg.sut.ac.th
You can choose to use the English language page before logging in.

How to login.

LOGIN CODE : Student ID
PASSWORD : Passport Number

When logging in for the first time successfully. Please change your password to your own for safe use of the system.

2. Register new students online.

Select menu : [Step New Students]

3. Fill in personal information.

Click [Go to page Student Record]

Please fill in all 3 parts information completely and click to submit information.

– [FAMILY]

4. Prepare the file for registration documents.

(All scans combined into 1 PDF file; file size does not exceed 2.50 MB)

Registration documents include:

4.1 Academic Transcript Details as follows:
1) Must have a graduation date. Registrar/Director signs and has the stamp of the school/institution.
2) Graduation date Must be on the opening day of the university’s study semester.

If you still need to get the original transcript of your studies at the time of graduation. If you have not yet received it from the school, Proceed as follows:
– Enter the date when the transcript will be sent in the file upload system; for example, the school issued the document on 30 June 2024, put it in the system as 30/06/2567, etc.
– Can edit additional information and can send document files later. When receiving documents from the school to be able to proceed with the original system.

4.2 Passport (in the case of foreigners)

Please contact the Student Admissions Department at tel. 044-223026, 044-223014, Monday – Friday from 8:30 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

5. Upload the registration documents file into the system.

5.1) Login to the system for uploading photographs and files.
5.2) Select menu : [Upload Registration Form]

Please read the instructions in the system before uploading files.

(If you have not yet filled in your personal information
as item 3. above, this step will not be possible.)

If checked, The status is not complete.

This must be completed before the start of the semester.

7. Upload a photo file to make a new student card.

(Wearing student uniforms only at Suranaree University of Technology)

7.1) Login to the system for uploading photographs and files.
7.2) Select menu : [Upload Photo]

    Password : Same as the Registration system.

Usage for parents

Parents can use the application together with students. Using the same username and password as the student, they will receive various information from the registration and evaluation system, just like students.
